We are seeking experienced Junior Basketball Coaches for casual opportunities based at HBF Arena in Joondalup

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Junior Basketball Coaches to instruct children in a fun, caring and stimulating environment at HBF Arena located in Joondalup as part of our junior basketball clinics. The program is for children aged 5 to 13 and is designed to prepare children for competitive play. Basketball skills and development, as well as the basic rules of the game are introduced through structured drills and game situation activities.  

The program runs on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons at HBF Arena.

About the Person

We are looking for motivated individuals who possess the following:

  • Knowledge of the game of Basketball
  • Enjoy working with, and have experience working with young children
  • Have an outgoing personality and a can-do attitude
  • Coaching experience is preferred 
  • Enthusiastic and good communicator
  • Patience
