The Role and our Branch

The School Curriculum and Standards Division is looking for a Manager – Information Systems to join their team.

As a Manager – Information Systems your role will be to control, implement and review work procedures and practices to ensure compliance with all legislative and administrative requirements and professional standards.

If successful you will assist the Assistant Executive Director in managing allocated financial resources by providing a regular overview of the current financial status of projects. You will manage, monitor and review project budgets, capital works and recurrent expenditure regularly, ensuring that the expenses managed do not exceed allocated funds.

You will also facilitate the mathematical calculation and quality assurance of the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) in the statistical post-examination processing system including moderation, awards, and achievement of a WACE.

  • complete

    • the Department’s training in Accountability and Ethical Decision-Making within six months of appointment
