Position Profile: Armadale Health Service is seeking suitably experienced and skilled people for the Aboriginal Health Liaison Officer position.
In this role you will liaise and negotiate with Aboriginal patients, their families and health professionals for the development, planning and implementation of culturally appropriate health care.
You will also:
- Assisting the Multi-disciplinary teams with referrals to and knowledge of appropriate service options;
- Provide appropriate assessment and intervention with Aboriginal patients; and
- Provides cultural consultancy to the Armadale Health Service staff.
