Wanneroo Secondary College (SC) is looking for a creative Teacher of Media and Art to join their Arts team.
The successful applicant will be required to teach students in Years 7 to 12 across a range of abilities and talents. Ideally, you will have experience in teaching Art and Media at General and Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) level. You should possess sound professional knowledge and be relationship focused with strong interpersonal skills while working collaboratively in a team environment. Also, the successful applicant should have capacity to work in partnership with the community on projects that enhance the standing of the college

Wanneroo SC is a co-educational secondary school catering for students from years 7 to 12. Opened in 1977, it’s located 24km north of the Perth CBD in a rapidly developing area with new suburbs constantly emerging and the fastest population growth rate in the country. This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be considered for other similar vacancies that occur throughout our school for up to 12 months following this initial appointment. This includes circumstances where this position becomes subsequently vacant should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position.
