Ranford Primary School is seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2021 school year. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2021 school year.
Successful applicants will be highly motivated, innovative Primary Teachers who will have positive interpersonal qualities and are able to work collaboratively in a team environment. The learning environment created by the teacher will be challenging and caring, catering for the range of needs which will see all students achieving their potential. Applicants must be prepared to participate in whole school and phase planning as well as collaborative and curriculum teams. It is highly desirable that applicants demonstrate a high level of collaborative practice to enable effective participation and engagement within the school. Experience and knowledge of current educational research as it applies to the pedagogy of Visible Learning would be an advantage.
