HR Business Partner
Why Work With Us?
With a rich history and exciting future, Main Roads Western Australia is the WA State Government agency responsible for managing the State's highways and main roads. As an organisation, our challenge is to deliver integrated and intelligent transport systems and services to provide safer roads and better journeys for our customer.
As an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to attracting and retaining a culturally diverse workforce and in line with our commitment to improve diversity, we strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, women, people from culturally diverse backgrounds and people with disabilities to apply.
About the Role
The Human Resources Directorate is committed to building strong partnerships across the agency. As a key focus of the Directorate, the HR Business Partner will be required to form strong, collaborative working relationships across the business and help in the investigation and implementation of HR solutions to meet business objectives, in both day-to-day operations and long term planning.
This challenging and rewarding role will see you provide specialist advice across a broad range of areas, including but not limited to workforce planning, recruitment, performance management and change management.
About You
Your leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships are critical to your success in this role.
