About the Role
The Pilbara Delivery Manager is strongly focused on the development and delivery of road and bridge construction projects throughout the region. Based in our South Hedland Office, this role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of the Pilbara’s Regional Delivery Plan, working with both Main Roads staff and contractors to ensure maintenance and works are delivered on time and on budget in accordance with the 10-year delivery plan. As an integral part of the Region’s management team, you will be key in the region’s aims to optimise the safety, reliability and sustainability of the Pilbara Region network.
About You
This role will suit you if you can demonstrate your strong leadership and management skills. Your broad skills and experience in the delivery of road and bridge construction and maintenance, your established knowledge of both project and contract management and your technical management capability will be critical to this role. You will be proactive in your approach to solving problems, will be able to demonstrate strong capability in building effective working relationships and manage and mentor a team of engineers with varying experience to foster a collaborative team environment.
