Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Service Operations Business Unit, the Senior ICT Service Agent is responsible for providing high level customer support (problem and requirement analysis and resolution) at various metropolitan locations as part of Service Operations in conformance to ICT Service Management processes.
Area Profile: Health Support Services (HSS) provides value for money corporate support services to WA Health through skilled and motivated people. This includes delivering business focused financial, ICT, supply and workforce services within an environment of standardised systems and processes. Partnering with client agencies and other stakeholders, HSS operates within a customer focussed service culture designed to complement client agency corporate service operations. HSS provides a service within a framework of established values and behaviours based on achieving the corporate service standards and expectations of our customers.
