Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: We are seeking a suitably experienced applicant for the role of ICT Service Specialist to provide ICT specialist services at various metropolitan locations as part of service operations in conformance to ICT Service Management processes. The successful applicant will engage with customers to thoroughly understand their business functions, needs and service expectations. The occupant of this position will monitor the utilisation of digital workspace products and advise customers of effective allocation and will install, test and maintain digital workspace devices and software to meet these requirements in accordance with HSS standards.
