Position Profile: We are seeking a suitably experienced applicant for the role of Waitlist Clerk to provide waitlist management to the Surgical Services Departments and advice and support to the department about the elective surgery waitlist data (ESWD). The successful applicant will receive referrals regarding Waitlist Bookings and arrange waitlist bookings and appointment dates, updates computer system and advises patients and hospital staff appropriately. This position reports to the Waitlist Coordinator position for performance of duties.

CAHS employs over 4000 people and provides services throughout the community within metropolitan Perth; operating the State’s only dedicated Tertiary Paediatric Hospital (Perth Children’s Hospital); providing specialised state wide services; as well as providing support to other hospitals and health services across Western Australia.
