We are seeking to establish a pool of Administration and Public Relations Officers for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2020 school year. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2020 school year.
Carlisle Primary School (PS) is seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Administration and Public Relations Officer.
As a Administration and Public Relations Officers you will be assisting in running a busy office, including support to teachers, parents and students, finance, relief coordination, faults management and enrolment processing. Experience in RM Finance, RM Billing, HRMIS and enrolment procedures would be highly regarded as would a can do attitude and approachable manner.

ability to maintain web and multimedia platforms and programs.

well developed keyboarding and computer skills, including a working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and word processing.

Eligibility and training requirements
Employees will be required to
- obtain a current Department of Education Criminal Record Clearance prior to commencement of employment
- obtain or hold a current Working with Children Check
- complete the Department’s induction program within three months of commencement
- complete any training specific to this role required by Departmental policy
- complete the Department’s training in Accountable and Ethical Decision-Making within six months of appointment six months of appointment.
- provide evidence of eligibility to work in Australia for the term of the vacancy
The Department applies a four (4) day breach period to this selection process.
