We’re looking for a talented and driven Manager, Data Analytics and Reporting, to help us deliver on the strategic objectives for the sector and the community.
Our role is to help the sector tackle the public policy challenges of both today and tomorrow. This includes setting values, standards and expectations for the sector; and helping agencies deliver outcomes. We also provide assurance, oversight and reporting for the sector. These factors make the Commission a dynamic and rewarding place to work.
In this role you will lead and manage the Data Analytics and Reporting team in providing high quality, innovative, relevant and timely solutions, that improve the WA public sector and align with the Commission’s strategic direction and business needs.
You also will help shape the strategic direction of the area by defining actionable and specific challenges that are important, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing and implementing measurable solutions leveraging existing and new information.
The successful applicant will be adaptable and flexible in their approach, motivated to work in partnership with key stakeholders to drive outcomes, and will be able to harness diverse sources of data to turn into information.
