Appointment Pool
We are seeking to establish a pool of Science and Mathematic Teachers for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2020 school year. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2020 school year.
Suitable applicants will work as part of a team to enable all students to learn and study at school in a cooperative and positive environment. You will be highly organised, have excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve instructional practice. As an educator, you would have proven skills in behaviour management, contemporary knowledge and a proven record of professional engagement. You will have a demonstrated commitment to inclusive education and a strategic approach in planning for improved student outcomes.
Cecil Andrews College is situated in Seville Grove in the City of Armadale and provides exemplary education to children from Year 7 to Year 12. The college has recently undergone a three million dollar upgrade. As a result, the school boasts excellent facilities for its students.

ELIGIBILITY
Employees will be required to:
- provide evidence of eligibility to work in Australia for the term of the vacancy

- obtain or hold a current Working with Children Check.

TRAINING
Employees will be required to:
- complete the Department’s induction program within three months of commencement; and
- complete any training specific to this role required by Departmental policy.
The Department applies a four (4) day breach period to this selection process.
