About the role
The Principal Intelligence Officer, Collections assists in the development of the Department’s Intelligence Collection Framework and Strategy and will develop the capability to proactively collect intelligence and information from a range of resources using new technology and contemporary collection methodologies.
It is a requirement that the position holder is successful in obtaining a NEGATIVE VETTTING LEVEL ONE security clearance as a condition of employment and maintaining the clearance for the duration of their appointment in the position. Only Australian Citizens are eligible to hold the NEGATIVE VETTING LEVEL ONE security clearance.
