About the role
The Client Services Officer is responsible for supporting College staff in the effective use of academic systems, including processes and procedures relating to, but not limited to, apprentice, trainee and general student management.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in customer service and/or Administration and come from a front line contact background; with a focus on best value, have strong consultancy skills and substantial functional knowledge in the areas of handling transactions, use of computer and record-keeping systems.
