About the role
Under direction of the Regional Program Delivery Manager, the position delivers therapeutic and psycho-educational programs that promotes pro-social, and law abiding behavior by offenders. Programs are delivered in both community and prison based settings across various sites and includes after hours work.
All employees are required to undergo employment screening, which includes a National Criminal History Check and other checks that may be relevant to the position requirements.

The Department of Justice uses recruitment pools to build a bank of talent for future opportunities. When part of a pool you may be offered a permanent or temporary position, however an appointment is not guaranteed.
This pool will be open for a period of 12 months from the date of first appointment. Permanent and fixed-term full-time appointments may be offered as vacancies arise.
