The Role
The Major Project Unit is seeking a proactive, self-motivated, action orientated candidate to take on the position of Administration Assistant for a period of three years with potential extensions.
This position provides administration support and a secretarial service to project teams, in relation to document management, minute taking, maintenance of records and registers, as well as arranging the payment of accounts, maintaining contract documentation, arranging meetings and events and follow up on agreed action on behalf of the project team.
It is also essential that you thrive in a busy environment, demonstrate adaptability to take on tasks outside of your comfort zone and use your initiative to complete tasks and work effectively autonomously as well as working within a team. Your ability to be proactive and a problem solver will be well regarded.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for 12 months from which fixed term appointments with the possibility of extensions will be made. We are looking to fill 3 year fixed term contracts immediately.
