About the role
The Knowledge and Information Directorate (KIT) is seeking a suitably experienced and professional person to fill the position of Senior Project Officer.
The Senior Project Officer role is responsible for managing the Application Support Team of seven personnel in providing state-wide support for Departmental core business systems – TOMS, C-BIS and EcHO. On a regular basis, this position organises meetings with the support team and software developers to review, manage and prioritise requests for bug fixes and enhancements.
About you
To be a good fit for this role you will require excellent communication skills, together with high level analytical skills and proven experience in requirements gathering and system implementation. Familiarity with the right service engagement model is also a necessary skill for this position to build long-term client/stakeholder relationships.
