Safety Bay Senior High School (SHS) are seeking to establish a pool of dedicated, talented and innovative Teachers of The Arts for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2019 school year and up until the end of term 3, 2020.
Appointments will be made to the Teacher Arts pool in the following contexts Dance, Drama, Media, Music, Visual Arts with an interest in working with young people. The suitable applicants will have a positive attitude and willingness to work with like-minded people. You will foster a love of learning in your students whilst engaging in ongoing professional learning opportunities.
Safety Bay SHS is committed to developing the quality of teaching and learning on site, ensuring all staff will have a focus on Explicit Instruction and use evidence based High Impact Instructional Strategies (HITS) to develop their own capacity to deliver a challenging and intentional curriculum for all students to access and achieve the highest educational outcomes.
