York District High School (DHS) is seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2019 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2020. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2019 school year, up to the end of Term 3, 2020.
The suitable applicant will be student and relationship focused, highly motivated, innovative and able to work effectively in a team environment, as well as demonstrating an engaging and energetic teaching style. You will promote an inclusive environment of active and positive learning, with the ability to differentiate the curriculum to cater to students with special needs and challenging behaviours essential to the role.

Employees will be required to:
- complete the Department’s induction program within three months of commencement; and
