Ellenbrook Secondary College (SC) is seeking to establish a pool of dedicated Digital Technologies Teachers for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2019 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2020. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements up to the end of Term 3, 2020.
Suitable applicants will have highly developed professional and practical knowledge in Digital Technologies and have strong teaching and classroom management skills, and be able to develop good relationships with students and engage them in highly effective learning. Suitable applicants will engage in relevant professional learning and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, working as a member of a vibrant and enthusiastic school team.
Ellenbrook (SC) is immensely proud to be one of only a handful of high schools in the state with an accredited, Department of Education approved, specialist music program for instrumental music and voice. Many of our gifted and talented graduates have subsequently been offered highly competitive places at the WA Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). Our music students have been invited to exhibit at both a national and international level on multiple occasions and often perform at significant events around Perth, such as the ANZAC Day Dawn Service ceremony at Kings Park.
