Position Profile: The Neonatal Unit at Armadale Health Service is currently seeking to appoint suitably qualified, motivated and dedicated Staff Development Nurses. In this position, you will be responsible for education and training in relation to clinical practices and as part of the multidisciplinary team, plan, implement and evaluate orientation, education and training within the Neonatal Unit. The role facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care and works collaboratively to ensure service is delivered in accordance with health service policy and standards. The Staff Development Nurse practices within the scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
