The position
In this role you contribute to building our Department into a high-performance innovative organisation by managing its ICT support services, Desktop Provisioning and Technologies and Telecommunications and Mobility functions.
Drawing on previous management experience you will lead the ICT Service Delivery Team,driving productivity, collaboration, communication and decision making to promote continuous improvement. You will also contribute to the strategic and operational planning of the IT Operations Branch.
You will possess appropriate leadership behaviour to encourage and motivate others, taking responsibility, and consulting and sharing information to ensure that others are kept informed of issues.
This position is located in East Perth (however, may be required to work at other sites as required).
What do you require to successfully undertake the role?
- High level of knowledge and experience in managing ICT service delivery programs.
- High level of knowledge and experience in asset management with a proven ability to deliver the procurement and deployment of ICT hardware and software to ensure the currency and accuracy of asset inventory within a corporate repository.
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills.
