This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 12 months, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

Both of these options remain valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.

The role: As a member of the Health Support Services (HSS) Transformation and Strategy Business Unit, the Director, Program Delivery (Transformation) will be responsible for the successful delivery of all programs and projects required to support HSS’ transformation program.
You will also be accountable for the provision of Program and Project Managers, initiating and setting objectives for programs, projects and initiatives aligning with the organisation’s strategic objectives to ensure the delivery of the organisation’s programs, projects and/or initiatives in accordance with the defined scope, cost and schedule.
By providing oversight of the planning and scheduling of projects and initiatives from inception to completion, you will be required to report on the progressive delivery of projects and/or initiatives to stakeholder groups, ensuring the management and allocation of financial and people resources are appropriately met.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Transformation and Strategy of HSS, you will be expected to be an active and enthusiastic contributor to the strategic direction and management of the organisation, driving culture, capability and transformation across HSS. You will possess energy, drive and exceptional stakeholder management skills across a wide range of people and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
