About the role
We are seeking a suitably experienced candidate to join us as an IT Support Officer on a permanent basis.
In this position you will provide assistance with the installation, maintenance and support of a windows networked environment including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office, Apple IOS, Adobe Acrobat, HP Content Manager, Server 2012R2, Windows 10 and other specialised software support financial modelling activities. This position provides assistance, information and support to users to solve reported issues, install software and manage general IT and HPTRIM administrative issues.
