IT Support Officer
The Economic Regulation Authority (ERA) is Western Australia’s independent economic regulator. The purpose of the ERA is to promote the interests of Western Australian consumers through independent regulation, analysis and advice, now and into the future. About the role
We are seeking a suitably experienced candidate to join us as an IT Support Officer on a permanent basis.
In this position you will provide assistance with the installation, maintenance and support of a windows networked environment including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office, Apple IOS, Adobe Acrobat, HP Content Manager, Server 2012R2, Windows 10 and other specialised software support financial modelling activities. This position provides assistance, information and support to users to solve reported issues, install software and manage general IT and HPTRIM administrative issues.
