About the People and Culture directorate
Following the amalgamation of the Department in 2017, a major organisational design program is being undertaken. The Department’s People and Culture Directorate has recently implemented its new organisational structure. A unique opportunity now exists with a range of vacancies currently available and this is a genuine opportunity to advance your career in a human resources environment. The People and Culture directorate consists of five (5) key branches:
- Remuneration Services
- HR Systems and Business Improvement
- Business Partnering
- Workforce Advisory Services
- Organisational Development
This opportunity is one of fourteen (14) processes currently advertised.
Position Profile
We currently have one (1) fixed term full time appointment available for 12 months, with the possibility of an extension.
Reporting to the Team Leader HR Systems and Reporting, the Workforce Data Analyst collects and analysis data and metrics to develop reports and identify important workforce trends for organisation and government stakeholders. The role also assists the directorate to develop and prioritise workforce initiatives, identify risks and resource requirements by providing data and forecasting what will inform strategy and program development, implementation, and evaluation to best position the organisation to recruit, develop, and retain high performance workforce.
