Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced people to the position of Clinical Nurse, positions are available throughout the South Metro area in both Child Health and School Health. This position promotes the health and wellbeing of children, families and specific community groups using a range of health promotion/education and support strategies focusing on the social determinants of health. It also provides effective and efficient preventative and early intervention programs to individuals and groups.
Area Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) aims to ensure that the children and young people of Western Australia get the best start in life through health promotion; early intervention; and patient centred, family-focused care.
CAHS employs over 4000 people and provides services throughout the community within metropolitan Perth; operating the State’s only dedicated Tertiary Paediatric Hospital (Perth Children’s Hospital); providing specialised state wide services; as well as providing support to other hospitals and health services across Western Australia.
