Business Services Officer
About the Position
This position provides high level administrative support to the Conciliation and Arbitration Services division of WorkCover WA. The Conciliation and Arbitration Services division is responsible for the resolution of disputes in the workers’ compensation scheme.
Duties encompassed in this role include, but are not limited to:
- the development and review of policies and procedures;
- assists with the management of divisional projects, specifically those that relate to the implementation of online services;
- coordinates responses to enquiries, applications, complaints and matters requiring legal advice;
- assists in the management of record keeping functions for the division; and
- monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, benchmarks and budgets on behalf of the division.
To be successful in this position prospective applicants should possess experience providing administrative support at a senior level, as well as establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
