The Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages is seeking an experienced and self-motivated supervisor to work as a team supervisor within the registration team. Your role will be to supervise and coordinate an operational team including the public counter and back office staff ensuring the delivery of high quality, accurate and focused registration advice and customer services. The successful applicant will participate constructively and positively within the Registry and provide high level policy and procedural advice to both staff and clients of the Registry. You will also actively assist the Manager of Registration Services and Policy in the development and implementation of improved business services, policy and procedures.
