Position Profile: The Kimberley Population Health Unit is recruiting for the role of Aboriginal Health Worker. The successful applicant will work with the Community Health team to improve access and to provide Aboriginal health services within a given community and locality whilst ensuring a primary health care approach to service delivery. This position works to improve access to primary health care with people not well-engaged with health care services.
