Role
The Manager Court Operations position is a crucial position within the Supreme Court. The main focus of this role is to provide the judiciary and staff with the support necessary to ensure the Court operates smoothly.
The Manager Court Operations is in control of the 115 year old State Heritage Registered Supreme Court building as well as the newly built award winning David Malcolm Justice Centre. The position is the main point of contact for external stakeholders to oversee the external bookings of the court as well as providing general support with contractors and building maintenance.
This role is also responsible for providing assistant with the performance management of the Court as well as maintaining budgetary oversight. In addition, it must provide administrative support to the judiciary and the management team as well as high level advice on financial, performance and statistical data.
The duties of this position are the most varied of any role within the court and provides an interesting opportunity for anyone with an interest in these areas.
Tenure/duration of appointment: Temporary appointment for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
