We are transforming our Bulk Recruitment function to deliver high quality bulk recruitment and selection services to the Department of Justice.
Role
You will join our newly formed Bulk Recruitment Team to ensure an excellent customer experience and service is delivered to candidates and stakeholders. You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of staff who have the right skills and attributes to provide critical services to the WA Community. You will provide end to end recruitment process support to recruit entry-level operational staff, such as Prison Officers, Community Corrections Officers, Youth Justice Officers and Youth Custodial Officers, across metropolitan and regional areas of Western Australia.
We are looking for team members who are enthusiastic and keen to be part of something big. Opportunities are at Level 3 and Level 4 (PSGOA) dependent upon skills, experience and best fit.
Assistant Human Resources Officer Level 4
2 x permanent positions available immediately
In this position you will deliver the end to end recruitment process for a variety of occupational groups in a timely manner. You will provide advice and subject matter expertise to stakeholders, candidates and team members. You will participate as a panel member and ensure compliance throughout the various stages of the recruitment process. You will utilise your excellent communication skills to deliver candidate management initiatives and ensure a positive customer experience. You will work accurately to maintain high levels of quality assurance and provide accurate and timely reporting.
Human Resources Support Officer Level 3
2 x Fixed Term opportunities available immediately
In this role you will provide high level administrative support to the end to end recruitment process. You will ensure interview and assessment logistics including on-site coordination of metropolitan interviews are delivered in a timely and well planned manner. You will assist with shortlisting and will provide excellent customer service by responding to candidate and customer enquiries. You will also ensure accurate record keeping and maintenance of the candidate management database.
