This is a pool recruitment process and there is currently one full time permanent vacancy available. Similar appointments may be made from this process to positions that may be permanent or contract, including contract appointments with the possibility of subsequent permanency.
Eligibility and Other Conditions: To be eligible for appointment applicants must have a working visa (for fixed term contract appointment) or permanent residency (for permanent appointment).
Appointment to any position in HaDSCO is subject to the recommended applicant providing a satisfactory National Police Clearance.
Should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. This option is valid for a period of six (6) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
Position Profile: We are seeking to appointment a suitably experienced and enthusiastic individual to the position of Case Manager. This position is responsible for:
- Managing complaints through assessment, early resolution and negotiated settlement by communicating with both parties to resolve matters.
- Working in consultation with providers to make recommendations and agreed actions for service improvements.
- Assists with initiatives to advance the Office’s outreach activities and programs.
- Maintains complaints database in accordance with established performance standards.
