Position Profile: We are currently recruiting for the role of Development Officer. The Development Officer undertakes the planning and development of evidence-informed Child and Adolescent Community Health programs and services. Successful applicants will consult and liaise with health service providers, stakeholders in government and non-government organisations and the community and assist in developing service models and resources to support community health service delivery. In addition this role undertakes procurement activities and manages licences and commercial contracts as required.
Area Profile: The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) aims to ensure that the children and young people of Western Australia get the best start in life through health promotion; early intervention; and patient centred, family-focused care.
CAHS employs over 4000 people and provides services throughout the community within metropolitan Perth; operating the State’s only dedicated Tertiary Paediatric Hospital (Perth Children’s Hospital); providing specialised state wide services; as well as providing support to other hospitals and health services across Western Australia.
