We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated individual for the position of Team Leader Customer Services.
Role
The Team Leader is responsible for managing the delivery of effective and efficient services to jurors and stakeholders. This position is an important part of the leadership team within jury services and is required to provide training and support to staff and all jury court staff within the state to ensure consistency in jury procedures.
The ideal applicant will have:
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
- ability to supervise staff and monitor performances
- flexibility and able to quickly adapt to a changing environment
Tenure/duration of appointment: Permanent Full Time
Special Requirements
The Team Leader may be required to travel intrastate to regional jury court locations for the delivery of training.
