Coodanup College (CC) is seeking an enthusiastic and highly-focused applicant for the position of Teacher of Students at Educational Risk (SAER).
We are looking for a teacher who has knowledge and experience of working with students who have significant learning difficulties. The position requires knowledge of literacy and numeracy strategies and will predominantly work with Year 7 students. It would be desirable for the teacher to have some experience or formal training with regard to intellectual disabilities or ASD. The class will be run as a one teacher model with a small number of students to teacher ratio.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of professionalism in the college and the community by developing and promoting the college vision, and encouraging college staff and others in the wider educational community to share ownership of the college's vision and goals.

This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. This includes circumstances where this position becomes subsequently vacant should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position.
