Position Profile: The Wheatbelt Population Health Unit is seeking a Senior Aboriginal Health Worker.
In consultation with the Clinical Nurse Manager, this position provides advanced services by assessing the holistic health needs of clients and families and undertaking liaison, health promotion, screening and care planning as part of the health team to the Aboriginal communities serviced by the Wheatbelt Aboriginal Health Team.
