Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and enthusiastic individual to the position of Health Service Medical Practitioner in the Fremantle Older Adult Mental Health Service. In this role you will be responsible for providing and promoting high quality and patient centred care to the clients of Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Service under the supervision of Consultant Psychiatrist.
