About the Role
We have an opportunity available for an expert in Aboriginal Heritage and Native Title to join our Environment team. This is an operations and policy-based role focussed on legal compliance and best practice. It involves developing corporate polices and processes, higher level liaison with our stakeholders and government agencies, as well as providing advice and approvals for our projects.
This role is based in East Perth with the requirement to undertake regional visits.
About You
Your proactive and innovative leadership style together with your demonstrated experience in Aboriginal heritage and Native Title will facilitate the successful delivery of our business around the state.
You must be willing to travel and have the ability to develop strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, as well as negotiate and facilitate solutions.

- Application of relevant Aboriginal heritage and Native Title legislation and associated processes
- Development and implementation of Aboriginal heritage and Native Title strategic initiatives
- Provision of customer focussed service
- Negotiation and facilitation
Please note that all the above selection criteria have equal weighting and all selection criteria listed in the Job Role Statement will be tested throughout the selection process.
