We are seeking to establish a pool of Deputy Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

As Deputy Principal, you will work closely with the Principal and other leaders to foster a cohesive educational community.

You will ideally:

  • Develop Strong Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships at all levels, including with staff, students, parents, and the broader community. Your role will be crucial in integrating our ethos of "Where Tradition Meets Innovation" across all aspects of school life.
  • Provide Instructional Leadership: As Deputy Principal, your role will be critical in guiding our staff to effectively implement Explicit Instruction strategies as outlined in our Business Plan. You will champion our commitment to Explicit Instruction, ensuring it is consistently applied across all classrooms to meet the school’s vision and educational targets.
  • Support Complex Environments: Assist in areas such as behaviour management, disability resources, and coordination of whole-school events. Your interpersonal skills will support staff in a dynamic educational setting, helping to mentor, coach, and resolve conflicts with empathy and care.
