The Role
As a member of the school’s executive, the Manager Corporate Services is responsible for the delivery of quality corporate services to Brabham PS.
As the Manager Corporate Services, your central responsibility is to provide comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components including but not limited to financial, physical, and human resources. In this role, you would manage and coordinate administrative operations and front-line services aligned with school strategic objectives and customer service principles. This involves supervising school support staff, guiding them in the meticulous administration of tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination. Your adept management ensures that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.
The desired applicant should have substantial experience in the development, implementation, management and monitoring of strategic business, marketing and operational plans. As part of this role includes establishing and maintaining effective relationships with print and electronic news media, and manage the school website and social media platforms, to promote school initiatives and programs, and staff and student achievements. To ensure positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders are established and maintained, the successful applicant should possess highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, collaborate and negotiate effectively with a wide range of individuals at all levels.
The successful applicant will ideally be a team player, organised, resourceful and able to prioritise in a complex and busy environment. They will implement and monitor effective asset management and maintenance strategies for school facilities and provide input into the development of business and marketing plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
