Treendale Primary School (PS) is seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and initiative driven School Officer to join our team and assist with key school operations.

You will be the first point of contact for our school, responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our students, parents, and visitors.

As a School Officer, you will ideally be a collaborative team player who delivers high quality customer service. The role encompasses a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to reception duties, enrolment processes, student attendance management, and the accurate maintenance of school databases and information systems. You will also provide minor first aid, coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair requests, and support the development and publication/distribution of school communications. A high level of attention to detail is essential in this role.

Experience with Compass, Student Information System (SIS), RM Billing and RM Finance is highly desirable, along with a willingness to support and learn further phases of Kaartdijin implementation.
