The Role

As the Administrative Support Coordinator – Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of one of Western Australia's leading public secondary schools. Working closely with the Manager Corporate Services, Principal, Deputy Principals and our administration team, you will coordinate a broad range of human resource and workforce management functions that enable our staff to focus on what matters most; delivering outstanding outcomes for students.
No two days are the same. From coordinating relief staff and supporting recruitment processes to managing payroll validation, workforce planning and staffing administration, you will be at the centre of school operations. Your ability to juggle competing priorities, anticipate challenges and maintain exceptional attention to detail will be critical to your success.
We are seeking someone who enjoys building positive relationships, communicates with confidence and professionalism, and provides outstanding customer service to colleagues and stakeholders alike. You will ideally be approachable, solutions-focused and capable of exercising sound judgement when handling sensitive information.
Experience with Resource Management Advertising System (RAMS), Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) and School Information Systems (SIS) will be highly regarded; however, applicants with strong human resource administration experience, excellent organisational capability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant should be prepared to work flexible hours, including regular early morning starts, to ensure staffing arrangements, relief coordination and workforce processes are in place prior to the commencement of the school day. Flexibility is an important part of this role.
