THE OPPORTUNITY
Leading the strategic planning, workforce planning, people management and governance framework, the Corporate Services Division is supporting the Road Safety Commission in the expansion of programs and initiatives, including the transition of Safety Camera Operations and Children’s Crossing Unit.
An exciting opportunity exists to shape the Corporate Services Team. We are seeking dynamic and skilled human resource practitioners with knowledge and experience in recruitment, onboarding and job design and establishment to join our growing team through this expansion.
There are two (2) temporary Level 5 Project Officer (HR Transition) positions available for six (6) months with the possibility of extension, to commence in July 2026.
THE ROLE
Supporting the Manager People and Place, these roles will coordinate:
- recruitment and onboarding
- job design and establishment
- functional capability and workforce planning
- learning and development.
Acting as a conduit between the Road Safety Commission and Western Australia Police, these positions will be at the heart of the HR operations at the Road Safety Commission.
Successful applicants will be the first point of contact for people related matters, this opportunity requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
