Help empower adults across WA by training the volunteer tutors who deliver one‑to‑one literacy, numeracy and digital skills support. You’ll lead the planning, delivery and improvement of the Read Write Now Tutor Training Program, create high‑quality learning resources, and provide expert advice on inclusive strategies for adults with diverse learning needs. This role drives training excellence and ensures volunteers are confident, skilled and ready to change lives.

About the role

  • Deliver engaging online and face‑to‑face literacy and numeracy training for volunteer tutors.
  • Develop high‑quality learning resources and provide expert literacy guidance.
  • Support tutor and coordinator professional development and uphold best‑practice volunteer standards.
  • Contribute innovative ideas, articles and insights to strengthen program outcomes.
  • Support core program business operations, including database management, KPI reporting, systems coordination and quality customer service. .PS to enter short paragraph(s) on key responsibilities/duties of the role from the JDF.

You’ll have free parking at the Leederville campus, and there is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
