The Role

Applications are invited for the position of Change Manager within our Transformation Management Office.

The position plays a key role in delivering change activities across allocated projects and initiatives to ensure stakeholders are prepared, supported, and engaged throughout the change lifecycle. The role supports Senior Change Managers and the Head of Enterprise Change & Engagement in applying consistent change methodologies and contributing to organisational transformation outcomes.

The Person

You bring strong capability in delivering end‑to‑end change management across complex initiatives, using structured approaches to build stakeholder readiness, engagement, and adoption. You have the ability to communicate with impact, translating complex information into clear insights and supporting effective decisions across diverse groups.

You are able to manage multiple workstreams in fast‑paced environments, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and sound judgement. You are experienced in identifying, applying and refining relevant change tools and digital platforms to support delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement.

The Insurance Commission is a State owned Government Trading Enterprise that provides motor injury insurance to 2.7 million Western Australian motorists and manages the self-insurance arrangements of the Western Australian Government.
