Patient-facing roles
- These positions suit individuals who thrive in fast-paced,
customer-focused environments and enjoy working directly with
patients and clinical teams. You will be the first point of
contact for patients and visitors, providing professional,
compassionate and efficient administrative support.
Back-office administrative roles
- These roles are ideal for highly organised individuals who
enjoy working with systems, processes, and data. You will focus
on maintaining accurate records, data integrity, and supporting
operational efficiency.
What you’ll bring
- Strong administrative or clerical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to customer service and teamwork
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy
environment
- Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office
- A high standard of confidentiality, integrity and
professionalism
Prior experience in a public sector or Health setting is
advantageous but not required.

This is a Recruitment Pool for
Permanent, Fixed Term and Casual Positions working Full-Time and
Part-Time hours. Fixed Term appointments have the possibility of
extension and/or permanency.

term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident,

integrity checking as part of the appointment process. As well as
undertaking a criminal record screening and integrity checking, you
may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if
required for the role) and a pre-employment health assessment. We
