About the role
This role is responsible for planning, developing and delivering integrated events and communications that support the Public Transport Authority’s strategic objectives. You will play a key role in creating engaging events and communications that enhance workplace culture and drive organisational outcomes.
You will lead the coordination of a strategic program of events, including large-scale corporate initiatives such as employee recognition programs and internal events. This includes managing budgets, timelines, suppliers and logistics, while ensuring compliance with safety, accessibility and regulatory requirements.
In addition, you will develop and deliver engaging communications content across internal and external channels, support corporate publications, and provide expert advice to stakeholders on communication strategies. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will contribute to campaign development, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience planning, delivering and evaluating a range of events
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop communications strategies and engaging content across multiple platforms
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Well-developed organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
