The Opportunity

We are looking for Team Support Officers to join our infringement services team based at Innaloo.

As a Team Support Officer in Infringement Services, you will support the Team Leaders and Manager in the daily supervision of a fast-paced dynamic processing team. 

In this role, you will contribute to the management of infringements by investigating and resolving complex infringement-related matters, including escalated cases, complaints, payment enquiries, and processing errors, providing well-considered recommendations and responses. You will analyse issues, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to processes, procedures, and systems.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, provide advice on the interpretation of relevant legislation, and support the preparation of high-level correspondence. In addition, you will act as a subject matter expert, contribute to quality assurance activities, and support capability development within the team through coaching, knowledge sharing, and maintaining key documentation.

There is currently one (1) permanent and multiple fixed term positions available for immediate filling with the possibility of extension and / or permanency.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 24 months from date of first appointment across DTMI.
