We manage tenancy services, support housing provision in remote Aboriginal communities, and oversee government employee accommodation.

About The Role:

This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating service delivery activities to deliver on the Department’s maintenance related projects. Influences key stakeholders and effectively negotiates outcomes. Supports the initiation and planning of service delivery related projects through procurement, contract management and to delivery and close out.

Applicants with a trade background in plumbing and gas, combined with demonstrated project management experience, will be highly regarded. This experience will be particularly valuable in supporting and coordinating maintenance-related projects, contributing to effective service delivery, and managing contracts and stakeholders across the Department’s asset maintenance programs.

The position manages a range of administrative and communication processes.
